Terms and Conditions of Promotion:

  • Order must be eligible for Deal Registration so a minimum order size of 20 users/licenses and no maximum order size.
  • Must be a 36-month agreement with Nitro.
  • Must be a new customer to Nitro (not applicable to renewal orders).
  • The free subscription to Nitro PDF is to cover the remaining term on the customers’ existing PDF vendor contract. The customer must provide documentation of the existing PDF vendor contract including the length of the term remaining.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or incentive discounts except for Deal Registration. Nitro reserves the right to review all margin and discounts allocated.
  • Partners can benefit from increased Deal Registration Discounts during this promotion. The Deal Registration Discount usually aligned to year 1 is spread across all 3 years as opposed to the full rate in year 1.
